First Episode: the Collection

This episode features the nefarious activities of an evil businessman (they do seem to grow'em down in GA) who collects. . . men in uniform. He is helped by a police officer, who later finds himself one of the displays!

Second Episode: The Kidnapping

This episode concerns a cop who messes up a deal with a mobster, refuses to talk and pays dearly for it as does one of the mobsters.

Includes an underwater bondage scene and coffin scene.
