The Manhunters is about a seasoned bounty hunter who takes a rookie under his wing to teach him the ropes of bounty hunting and interrogation. They go out on patrol and the rookie gets to practice what he as learned.

The rookie is Deputy Ryan, a 225lb, never say "die" officer.  By way of training (more like a hazing) our bounty hunter (Gunner) introduces Ryan to one of the Academy's new, and highly restrictive, bondage chairs.
Our trusting deputy soon finds himself immobilized and totally at the mercy of his senior officer.  Later on he finds himself spending time in one the Academy's jail cells.

Once the initiation is over, our deputy joins Gunner on as one of the team and goes out on patrol.

At a routine traffic stop, the two encounter and capture a bail jumper, They then use typical Academy tactics, the bondage chair and an inflatable sleep sack to get the information they need.
