We use USPS Priority Mail and
Global Priority mail when shipping videos or other merchandise; we also
offer First Class International Mail as an option for DVDs only. More information on these mailing options
can be found on the official USPS web site:

DVDs are shipped free in the USA; International
Orders carry a $20 surcharge. There is a nominal 0.51 handling charge added
to all orders.
For other items, the shopping cart will calculate the postage for
you based on weight. This calculated amount is taken from the USPS web site.
Orders received for DVDs are generally filled
and shipped the next day (or the following Monday for orders received after
10am on Saturday). Orders for other
merchandise are also generally filled and shipped in the same time frame as
DVDs, unless the item is out of stock and needs to be ordered. This
can add 2 to 3 days to shipping time.

After you submit an order
You
will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order (minus billing and shipping
details, so you should save a copy of your on-line order). The e-mail
indicated what you ordered, the order number and the amount we charged
to your credit card. The e-mail as a link to the current status of
your order. As we process it, we will update the status.
 You can
always track the status of your order by
using the special form in the left navigation area, on the main (Home)
page, or on the Help page
and entering the order number and the billing email.
 You
will be able to see when status has changed. You can also see what the tracking number of the shipment is
and where to access the tracking information (URL). |
USA Shipments
(2-3 days)(USA Shipments include all 50 states, plus Guam, Puerto Rico and the
Virgin Islands.)
Shipments weighing more than 1 lb (Sam Brown belt or several pairs of
shorts, etc.) are based on weight depending on your zone.

International Shipments
(4 to 10 business days)Priority Mail International and First
Class International can be delivered to many
countries.
DVDs require a $20 surcharge. First Class is a $12 surcharge
We are required to fill out customs forms; these require a phone
number. A complete mailing address with postal code will help
insure timely arrival.
DVDs going overseas will be sent with plain disc labels and the case
covers will be sent in an enclosed envelop; this should help with
customs in some countries. We put the full amount of your order on the
customs form as merchandise. |
